Switching from PatchDay?
PatchDay gets the basics right for HRT on iOS. Doseline gives you the full picture — levels between doses, bloodwork context, and an Android app that actually exists.
PatchDay is open-source and built with care for the HRT community. It handles injection and patch reminders well, and its privacy-first approach is something we share. We're not replacing it — we're offering more depth for people who want it.

Why people switch.
See what's happening between doses.
PatchDay tells you when to take your next dose. Doseline shows you what your estradiol or testosterone levels are doing right now — the absorption curve, the peak, the trough. If you're trying to maintain stable levels, that context changes everything.
Android. Finally.
PatchDay is iOS-only. The HRT community isn't exclusively on iPhone — and switching phones shouldn't mean losing your tracking app. Doseline runs natively on both platforms.
Bloodwork that connects to your doses.
PatchDay doesn't track bloodwork. Doseline logs your lab results and shows them alongside your dosing timeline — so you can see whether your E2 levels at trough match what the PK model predicts.
Your whole health, not just your doses.
Weight, body measurements, side effects, progress photos — PatchDay focuses on reminders, Doseline tracks everything around your protocol.

Common questions.
Is Doseline trans-friendly?
Yes. Doseline was built for the HRT community from day one — not added as an afterthought. No gendered defaults in the UI, no assumptions about your protocol, no language that doesn't include you. GLP-1, TRT, HRT, and peptide users all shaped the feature set equally.
PatchDay is open-source. Is Doseline?
No. Doseline is a commercial app with a generous free tier. We respect PatchDay's open-source approach — it's a genuine commitment to the community. Doseline's commitment is different: privacy-first architecture (local-first, end-to-end encryption) with full-time development and support.
I track patches, not injections. Does Doseline support that?
Yes. Doseline supports every administration route — injections (IM, SubQ), patches, sublingual, topical, and oral. Your reminders and tracking adapt to your specific route and schedule.
Will my data be private?
Absolutely. Like PatchDay, Doseline stores everything on your device by default. No account required, no cloud dependency. If you choose to enable sync, your data is end-to-end encrypted — we literally cannot read it.
