Protocol Timeline

Step Weeks Dose Compound Note
1 0 1000 mg Testosterone Undecanoate (Injectable) 1000 mg deep IM. Week 0.
2 6 1000 mg Testosterone Undecanoate (Injectable) 1000 mg deep IM. Week 6 (shortened interval for loading).
3 0 1000 mg Testosterone Undecanoate (Injectable) 1000 mg deep IM every 10-14 weeks. Adjust interval based on trough T levels.

Rationale

Loading schedule same as TRT: inject at week 0, week 6, then every 10–14 weeks. Trough levels at ~12 weeks can be suboptimal for some transmasc patients — if masculinisation progress is slow, discuss shortening interval with prescriber.
