Enclomiphene Monotherapy — TRT Alternative

Enclomiphene citrate 12.5–25mg/day as standalone TRT alternative for men with secondary hypogonadism who want to raise testosterone while preserving fertility and testicular function. Blocks estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus, increasing endogenous LH/FSH. Does not suppress natural production — fundamentally different from exogenous testosterone.
