Overview
Long-acting decanoate ester of trestolone (MENT / 7-alpha-methyl-19-nortestosterone). Longer than enanthate variant, allowing less frequent injection schedules. No pharmaceutical product exists — exclusively UGL. Even less community experience than trestolone enanthate. Decanoate ester extends estimated half-life to ~10-12 days by analogy with nandrolone decanoate. Harm reduction: Same concerns as other trestolone esters — potent progestogenic activity, monitor prolactin. Longer ester means slower clearance if side effects occur.
Mechanism of Action
7-alpha-methyl-19-nortestosterone derivative. Binds androgen receptor with very high affinity. Does not undergo 5-alpha reduction. Strong progestogenic activity.
