Overview

Short-acting trenbolone ester. No human pharmaceutical product has ever been approved. Originally a veterinary cattle implant (Finaplix-H pellets) converted to injectable form by underground labs. Extremely potent — estimated 5x testosterone's anabolic and androgenic activity. Harm reduction: Trenbolone carries significant health risks. Common side effects include insomnia, night sweats, elevated heart rate, cardiovascular stress, increased blood pressure, and mental health effects (anxiety, irritability, paranoia). Strongly suppresses endogenous testosterone. Does NOT aromatize to estrogen but has strong progestogenic activity. Monitor: Full lipid panel (trenbolone devastates HDL), liver enzymes, kidney function (unique dark-colored urine metabolites), hematocrit, and blood pressure.

Mechanism of Action

19-nor steroid with additional 9,11-double bond creating extreme receptor binding affinity. Does not aromatize. Strong progestogenic activity. 5x anabolic/androgenic ratio vs testosterone. Not a substrate for 5-alpha reductase — equally potent in all tissues.
