Overview

TB-500 is a synthetic fraction of Thymosin Beta-4, a naturally occurring peptide involved in tissue repair, cell migration, and angiogenesis. Used primarily for injury recovery and healing support in the biohacking community.

Mechanism of Action

Promotes cell migration and differentiation, upregulates actin polymerization, reduces inflammation, and stimulates new blood vessel formation (angiogenesis). Works synergistically with BPC-157 through complementary healing pathways.

Community Notes

Loading phase of 5-10mg/week for 4-6 weeks is common, followed by a maintenance dose of 2-5mg every 1-2 weeks. Often stacked with BPC-157. SubQ injection anywhere works — it's a systemic peptide, not site-specific like BPC-157.
