Overview
Four-ester testosterone blend: 30mg propionate + 60mg phenylpropionate + 60mg isocaproate + 100mg decanoate = 250mg total. Designed for multi-phase release. Model as 4 simultaneous doses with individual ester PK. Not available in the US.
Mechanism of Action
Each ester releases testosterone at a different rate, producing a multi-phase PK curve. The propionate component peaks first (~24h), followed by phenylpropionate, isocaproate, and finally decanoate over ~2-3 weeks.
