Overview
Non-steroidal selective androgen receptor modulator (SARM). Among the most potent and suppressive SARMs developed. Originally investigated as a potential male contraceptive (induces azoospermia in rat models). Community uses it as a "hardening" compound on a cut, stacked with testosterone. Harm reduction: More suppressive than other SARMs — PCT required. May cause vision issues (potential for vitreous floaters reported in community). No human clinical trials — all data extrapolated from rat studies. Should be run with at least replacement-dose testosterone to prevent low-testosterone symptoms from suppression.
Mechanism of Action
Full agonist at the androgen receptor with high binding affinity. Tissue-selective — higher anabolic:androgenic ratio than testosterone. Non-steroidal structure (arylpropionamide class) — does not convert to estrogen or DHT, but strong suppression still occurs via HPG axis feedback.
