Overview
PEGylated version of Mechano Growth Factor (MGF/IGF-1Ec). The polyethylene glycol (PEG) conjugation protects the peptide from rapid protease degradation, extending the half-life from minutes to approximately 24 hours. This allows systemic rather than purely localized effects. Used in the bodybuilding community for muscle growth. Very limited human data. Requires reconstitution with BAC water.
Mechanism of Action
Same mechanism as MGF (satellite cell activation, myoblast proliferation) but with extended duration due to PEG conjugation protecting against proteolytic degradation.
