Overview

Potent non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor. Stronger estrogen suppression than anastrozole — often used for gyno reversal attempts.

Mechanism of Action

Reversible competitive inhibitor of aromatase enzyme (CYP19A1). More potent than anastrozole — suppresses estrogen by ~97-99%.
