Overview

Truncated 10-amino acid fragment of the endogenous kisspeptin neuropeptide. A potent stimulator of GnRH release, leading to downstream LH and FSH secretion. Used in fertility research and by the TRT/peptide community as a natural approach to stimulating endogenous testosterone production. Requires reconstitution with BAC water.

Mechanism of Action

Activates the kisspeptin receptor (KISS1R/GPR54) on GnRH neurons in the hypothalamus, triggering pulsatile GnRH release which stimulates LH and FSH from the anterior pituitary.
