Overview

Contains both FSH and LH activity — used for fertility treatment alongside TRT. Stimulates both spermatogenesis (via FSH) and intratesticular testosterone production (via LH). Often used when HCG alone is insufficient.

Mechanism of Action

Purified urinary gonadotropins containing FSH and LH activity (from hCG). FSH stimulates Sertoli cells (spermatogenesis), LH stimulates Leydig cells (intratesticular testosterone).
