Overview

Irreversible steroidal aromatase inhibitor. Unlike anastrozole/letrozole, permanently inactivates the enzyme — new enzyme synthesis required for recovery. Some users prefer this for more stable estrogen management.

Mechanism of Action

Irreversible (suicidal) inhibitor of aromatase enzyme. Binds permanently to the enzyme active site, destroying it. New enzyme must be synthesised for estrogen production to resume.
