Overview
Synthetic hexapeptide analog of angiotensin IV. Reported to be approximately 10 million times more potent than BDNF at promoting neuronal connections in animal studies. Used in the nootropic/biohacking community for cognitive enhancement. Very limited human data. Available as oral capsules or intranasal solution. Considered highly experimental.
Mechanism of Action
Agonist at the hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) / c-Met receptor system. Promotes synaptogenesis and neuronal connectivity. Derived from angiotensin IV research.
