Overview

SERM used for PCT and as a TRT alternative that preserves fertility. Stimulates gonadotropin release by blocking estrogen feedback at the hypothalamus. Some clinicians prescribe as monotherapy for hypogonadism.

Mechanism of Action

SERM — blocks estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus, reducing negative feedback and increasing GnRH pulsatility, which raises LH and FSH, stimulating endogenous testosterone production.
