Overview

CJC-1295 with DAC is a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) analog with a Drug Affinity Complex that extends its half-life to about 8 days. Often combined with Ipamorelin for synergistic GH release.

Mechanism of Action

Binds GHRH receptors on the anterior pituitary. The DAC moiety binds serum albumin, preventing rapid clearance and maintaining elevated GH levels for days rather than minutes.

Community Notes

The 'Wolverine Stack' (CJC-1295/Ipamorelin) is one of the most popular peptide combinations. Dose before bed on an empty stomach for best GH pulse. The DAC version allows for 1-2x/week dosing vs the no-DAC (Mod GRF 1-29) which requires daily dosing.

Used in Regimens

CJC-1295 with DAC is not currently part of any catalog regimen.
